Hello, is it possible to make pauses in between questions, so the people who are presenting the quiz can control when the next question begins?

Yes, in 'live' mode you can have a presenter who has full control of the quiz.
This feature is still in testing, but feel free to give it a go.

It is available in 'quizzes' (which requires a premium account).
