Help. I have paid for a pro account but can't get the games to play.

I have paid for a pro account because i loved the concept. However, after creating a quiz and a round, neither will play. It just says it is loading and waits forever. Please help.

Dear Condraa,

We're looking into the issue. Is it only your own rounds/quizzes that don't work is don't any of the quizzes in the platform load?
